This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and sugardaddy.nz ("the Platform"). It governs your access to and use of our website, services, and applications. Membership and Subscriptions
While basic registration may be free, access to certain features requires a paid membership. Subscription plans and their corresponding fees are detailed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time, with notice provided to existing members.
Payment, Billing, and Refunds
All payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for your selected membership plan. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Due to the nature of the service, all payments are non-refundable except where required by New Zealand law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of sugardaddy.nz or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Auckland, New Zealand.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not conduct criminal background checks on our users. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or your interactions with other users.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on the site and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
